Supervise LED production lines; plan work orders; ensure quality, safety, and output KPIs (OEE, yield).
Daily planning and line balancing; ensure adherence to SOPs.
Track OEE/throughput/scrap; coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance.
Train operators and implement 5S/Kaizen improvements.
2–5 years production supervision (electronics/lighting preferred).
ERP/MRP familiarity; strong people and problem‑solving skills.
