All standard LUXCORE models carry an IP66 ingress protection rating, providing complete protection against dust and high-pressure water jets — suitable for Saudi desert environments, coastal GCC installations, and high-humidity areas. The impact resistance rating is IK09 across standard models and IK10 on the 290W variant.
LUXCORE is built from a single-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish. The housing functions as an integrated passive heatsink, conducting heat away from the LED array and driver without requiring active cooling fans. The rated operating temperature is -30°C to +55°C, validated for ambient conditions across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Yes. LUXCORE supports 0-10V / 1-10V analog dimming, DALI, and PWM dimming at the driver level. With the optional NEMA or Zhaga socket, each fixture accepts plug-and-play wireless controllers enabling remote dimming schedules, motion-triggered brightening, time-based profiles, and real-time energy monitoring through the SmartMesh Cloud platform.
Yes. LUXCORE is available with both NEMA 7-pin (ANSI 136.41) and Zhaga Book 18 socket options. These standardised interfaces accept photocells, wireless smart controllers, and motion sensors from multiple manufacturers, ensuring interoperability across smart city lighting ecosystems without vendor lock-in.
LUXCORE offers over 40 optical lens configurations covering the full IES RP-8 Type range (Type I through Type V, including short, medium, long, and backlight-minimised variants), EN 13201 M-class road distributions (ME, ME-N, ME-WIDE, LM, LW, LN series), catenary beam options, and dedicated tunnel and underpass optics. IES and LDT photometric files are available on request for DIALux, Relux, and AGi32.
LUXCORE is lifetime-rated at L70 > 150,000 hours. At 12 operating hours per night, this equates to over 34 years before lumen output depreciates to 70% of initial. The passive thermal management design preserves LED junction temperatures within operating limits even in extreme ambient heat, maintaining the rated lifetime in Saudi and GCC climatic conditions.
LUXCORE carries a five to ten year product warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The specific warranty term depends on model, wattage, and project supply agreement. Warranty documentation is available for submission with government and municipal tender packages.
