One of our most recent milestone projects was the installation of LED industrial lights in SABTANK, a subsidiary of SABIC Terminal Services Co. (SABTANK), a business located in Jubail Industrial City that offers a vital logistics and storage hub for chemicals and liquefied gases, and is an essential part of Saudi Arabia’s petrochemical infrastructure.
Meeting industrial requirements
As a high-traffic terminal, SABTANK required a smart lighting solution that would meet industrial standards, guarantee safety, visibility, and operational efficiency, while facilitating the handling of volatile materials.
To meet these requirements, Alrouf LED stepped in. We sent our engineering and installation teams to collaborate with SABTANK’s site managers and develop a custom lighting scheme that was compliant with ATEX safety standards and would meet the site’s operational needs.
High-performance lighting for demanding environments
To provide full coverage of the area, Lighting products such as high-power LED floodlights, high bay luminaires, and area lighting units were installed in different zones. Furthermore, to reduce downtime and provide long-term reliability, these lighting systems are built with IP66-rated enclosures and solid-state components.
The installation of industrial lighting allowed SABTANK to meet operational requirements and comply with industrial standards.
