Technical Project Summary: In 2025, Alrouf Lighting Technology acted as the specialized solutions provider for the SPCC Jizan Factory New Production Line in Jizan, KSA, on behalf of Sinoma Engineering Company. The project scope involved the technical supply of comprehensive LED lighting systems designed to meet the rigorous mechanical and safety demands of large-scale industrial production.

Engineering Role & Technical Scope:

Hazardous Area Coverage: Engineering and supply of specialized Exproof fixtures in full compliance with ATEX and IECEx standards (or as specified) for designated hazardous zones.

Industrial Outdoor Lighting: Provision of weather-resistant Floodlight and area lighting units with high IP ratings to ensure continuous operation under harsh coastal conditions.

Indoor Production Lighting: Supply of high-uniformity interior fixtures to support precise work and enhance site safety across the new production line.

Technical Integration: Development of a multi-fixture strategy to address diverse environmental demands, focusing on mechanical durability and high efficacy.

Technical Deliverables:

Technical Submittals: Formal documentation for material approval compliant with industrial and ATEX/IECEx standards.

Technical Datasheets: Engineering specifications for the indoor, outdoor, and Exproof lighting range.

IES Files: Photometric data confirming precision light distribution for both hazardous and non-hazardous zones.

Lux Calculations: DIALux simulations verifying illumination levels meet the specific production requirements of the factory.

Authority & Compliance: All products and solutions supplied were aligned with applicable KSA requirements (e.g., SASO) as specified in the project’s technical submittal.
