Project Overview Zamil Air Conditioners in Dammam required a reliable lighting solution for large-scale manufacturing operations. The scope included supplying high bay and panel lighting systems in May 2016 to enhance visibility and efficiency across indoor facility areas.
The Challenge The facility faced high energy consumption, uneven light distribution affecting production efficiency, and frequent maintenance due to traditional lighting systems, along with the need for a safer and more environmentally friendly solution.
The Solution Alrouf implemented LED High Bay lights ranging from 100W to 240W along with LED panel lights, delivering up to 36,000 lumens, instant full illumination with no warm-up time, IP65 and IK08 protection, and a mercury-free design. The system operates at 100–277V with a power factor above 0.95 and multiple beam angles to ensure optimal light distribution
Implementation: The process included site inspection, lighting assessment, product selection, installation, and performance testing to ensure full operational efficiency.
Results: The project achieved lower energy consumption, improved lighting uniformity, reduced maintenance costs, and reliable long-term performance with instant lighting operation.
